AtriCure Headquarters

Oswald has completed the 22,000 square foot warehouse renovation for AtriCure in Mason, Ohio. The project presented multiple challenges such as rerouting existing water lines and duct work without disrupting AtriCure’s staff. The Oswald team also reinforced existing bar joists to include a new remote terminal unit. While completing welding, the team was extremely careful of the existing electric, security and fire alarm cables. This project also included installing a new staircase which connected the current office space to the renovated warehouse.
