Medpace Parking Garage

Oswald delivered a 1,400-stall parking structure for Medpace at the company’s main campus in Madisonville under a single Design-Build agreement. The team phased construction to turn levels over early, opening parking for Medpace employees while work continued on the remaining levels and sitework. That phasing mattered. During the build, Medpace was coordinating to shuttle and park employees off site, so each early turnover brought people back to campus sooner. The project ran from November 2024 to August 2026, logging 168,585 man hours across more than 40 trade partners and subcontractors. The work carried real hazard exposure throughout: trenching, concrete pours, scaffolding, and fall protection at every level. Oswald finished with a clean safety record.
