Kenwood Terrace

Kenwood Terrace Care Center is Oswald Company’s third project in partnership with Premier Health Care Management. The multiphase project will consist of a 26,000 SF new addition with 25 beds and a 30,000 SF renovation affecting 30 existing beds. Special accommodations will be made to minimize noise, dust and disruptions to the residents occupying the facility during renovation. Energy efficient features, including solar power and a solar water heating system are included, qualifying the project for PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing. A new campus kitchen, laundry and amenities area will be included.
