CEI Eastgate

Oswald was contracted by CEI for preconstruction and construction management services for a medical office and surgery center in Eastgate. CEI occupies the 3rd floor of a newly constructed medical building including a 12,000 square foot surgery center with three state-of-the-art operating rooms and a 15,000 square foot clinic with 22 exams rooms. Four CEI offices were consolidated into the larger Eastgate location. Oswald is proud to continue its partnership with CEI and support their efforts for further development and their mission to provide first class eye care.
