Oswald Company Adds Business Development Coordinator

Oswald Company, a Cincinnati based development and construction company announces the addition of Grace Spencer to the Business Development Team.

As the Business Development Coordinator, Grace will assist Tammy Riddle, Vice President of Development & Growth in driving lead generation and expanding the business. Grace will conduct market analysis, initiate contact with prospects, maintain client relationships, coordinate promotional activities, and complete a range of administrative duties.

After graduating from Manchester University in 2019, Grace began working for the Cincinnati Reds as a Project Coordinator and Assistant. There she gained administration and project management expertise.
