Zumbiel Packaging Manufacturing

This consumer packaging firm needed to consolidate three facilities and expand and update their operation. Oswald Company built a new 320,000 SF plant with a structural steel frame, tilt-up skin concrete exterior, membrane roof, and 18 dock doors. The interior has four structural steel and precast concrete plank mezzanines for office and storage space. Also inside: a large baler room to recycle scrap paper, a plate room, and a 21-ton Fischer & Krecke 67” eight-color flexo printing press imported from Germany.
