In addition to the many individual Kroger stores Oswald has built over the years, Oswald was also retained as the Program Manager to oversee the interior renovation of 67 Greater Indianapolis area Walgreens stores. Acting as a liaison between the Owner and local general contractors, Oswald developed and managed a renovation plan that involved simultaneous bidding and construction of stores in a three-phase approach. The scope of work for each store varied, with some requiring substantial renovation work and others only cosmetic or other minor improvements.
