Oswald provided concurrent construction management services of a new flagship design and site layout for three new GECU branches located in Eastgate, South Lebanon and West Chester Township. The new design integrates next generation ITM banking with outdoor patio seating, coffee bar, and multiple huddle areas allowing guests to discuss or plugin and connect during their visit.  Each branch has full digital integration throughout with large format digital displays, exterior LED building signage and lighting, as well as state-of-the-art conference room for meetings, presentations, training, and larger groups. The projects required a quick turnaround which required a high-level of coordination between casework, equipment, audio/visual, IT and branding.
