Oswald Company completed major renovation and addition projects at ThyssenKrupp Bilstein’s campus in Fairfield, Ohio. The first phase included renovation of their cafe break room along with a campus expansion. The campus expansion included the creation of new and temporary parking with the addition of a second entrance and access road.  Oswald was challenged to deliver this project without disrupting an active facility, which required a high level of coordination with the design team and owner.  The second phase design-build renovation included a 30,000 SF addition housing manufacturing for the Department of Defense requiring additional levels of security.  The project included the installation of a new fire pump, locker rooms, nurse area and a full breakroom along with offices and lab area.
