Oswald Adds Field Management & Project Engineering Expertise

CINCINNATI, OHIO – September 12, 2016 – Oswald Company, a Cincinnati based development and construction company, announced that it has hired two team members as it continues to expand the firm’s construction expertise.

Mr. Chuck White joins the Oswald team as Construction Manager. In this role, Chuck is responsible for planning, directing and managing a construction project’s daily field operations. Chuck’s 40 years of experience includes managing fast-track and technically complex construction projects. Prior to joining Oswald, Chuck spent 12 years managing his own commercial and residential construction company, along with working for Duke Realty and RMT Construction.

Mr. Zach Bradford joins the Oswald team as Project Engineer. In this role, Zach is responsible for coordinating engineering and technical disciplines for projects. Zach provides coordination, forecasts, and manages the technical activities driving project accuracy and quality from project conception to completion. He supports project construction activities including submittal processing, developing bid packages and project coordination. Before coming onboard, Zach was a Project Engineer with Grunley Construction working on the Department of Commerce multi-phase renovation project in Washington D.C. Zach received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
