Oswald Company Builds for Tomorrow by Expanding Leadership Team

Oswald Company, a Cincinnati-based commercial construction and development company, has announced its most recent hire Tammy Riddle as Vice President of Commercial Growth and Development. Starting July 23, Riddle’s experience in economic development over the past decade will enhance Oswald’s expertise in construction and development to build new relationships for the company and lead its strategy for growth and new markets. In addition to Riddle joining the leadership team, Oswald has restructured its executive team to include two additional new leaders to support its strategic growth plans. Those plans call for integrating its client-first approach to construction management into all other areas of the business, including acting as a consultative partner and resource to clients for services complementary to its core construction business.

The expanded leadership team is comprised of:

Tammy Riddle: Vice President of Commercial Growth & Development. Focusing on cultivating relationships and growing Oswald’s reach in the industry, Riddle will lead business development, marketing and strategic initiative efforts, as well as promote Oswald in the marketplace.

Wayne McMillan: Vice President of Operations. As the company’s newly appointed operational leader, McMillan will be responsible for the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all projects, schedules and operational procedures are exceeding expectations.

Sara Jones: Vice President of Strategy & Risk Management. Leading the internal business operations and finance, Jones will steer the company’s financial and investment strategies towards sustainable growth.

As Oswald looks to the future with its new leadership team, the company will continue to rely on the expertise and mentorship of its existing leaders who helped build Oswald and continue to serve as pillars for the company.

Bob Wassler: President of Healthcare. Wassler will guide Oswald’s endeavors in healthcare and will build the foundation to bolster Oswald as a forerunner in the market.

Todd Haidet: Vice President of Administration. Haidet will continue to oversee all Human Resource initiatives, focused on recruiting and developing Oswald’s talent.

This team will report directly to President, CEO and founder Ken Oswald. Oswald states, “With this new executive team, we are poised to build on our strengths and grow our company in an exciting new direction. This change will not only benefit Oswald’s team, but will allow us to benefit the communities in which we work.”

Oswald will continue to frame the vision of the company and cultivate strategic business investments to propel Oswald Company forward. While providing corporate oversight, Oswald will also give time and attention to the company’s community engagement and promoting the construction trade as a career choice for the region’s future workforce.
