Oswald Recognizes Internal Talent

Oswald Company, a Cincinnati based development and construction company announces the promotion of Brian Goodall to Senior Construction Manager and Brian Caswell to Senior Project Manager.

Brian Goodall continues to serve as Senior Construction Manager for retail projects, specifically focused on Planet Fitness and Smoothie King. Brian oversees the day to day operations on the job site. Brian works closely with clients, architects, and trade contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Most recently Brian completed the ground up build of a new Planet Fitness in West Chester, Ohio.

As a Senior Project Manager, Brian works closely with owners to maximize cost savings and value engineering, as well as coordinating project schedules and scopes of work. Brian is responsible for internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders. Brian serves as the Senior Project Manager on several projects, one of which is Thompson Hine’s office renovation in Downtown Cincinnati. Brian leads his project teams to deliver his projects on time and on budget.
