Bethesda North Hospital Renovation

Oswald Company led the complete renovation of Bethesda North Hospital’s 3rd Floor Maternity Department including all existing LDR rooms, ante-partum rooms, nurse station, corridors, and staff core spaces. The renovation was completed in eight phases, with the floor remaining fully operational during construction. Medical gas and mechanical shutdowns were required, as well as consideration for noise, vibration and infection control for both the 3rd and adjacent floors.
