CEI Edgewood Office

This 21,300 SF medical office tenant finish was completed in two phases for Cincinnati Eye Institute in Edgewood, KY. During the first phase, partitions were put in place to allow half of the office to remain operational while walls, electric, plumbing and duct work were stripped and replaced on the other half. CEI’s reception area was reconfigured to remain in use while additional demolition and finishes were completed overnight. Once CEI moved to the finished half of the 2nd floor, the process was repeated on the vacated side. With occupants on the 1st floor and on the other side of construction, noise attenuation and a dust free environment were top priority.
