Clinton Memorial Hospital

Oswald completed several interior renovations projects for Clinton Memorial Hospital. One of the projects included renovating the Catheterization Laboratory for new GE Equipment. This project site was located in the surgical and operating areas within the hospital which required temporary barriers, tight plastic barriers, use of negative air pressure, HEPA air filtration, and heightened infectious control risk management. The project required Oswald to saw cut into the existing slab and install new underground electrical duct and replace slab in the Cath Lab. The Oswald team coordinated with GE and other vendors to ensure a smooth installation. Oswald reworked existing MEP systems and modified to ensure no air mixed with building systems as needed. Oswald was able to assess and establish electrical disconnections and reconnecting without disrupting other operations of the hospital. Other projects include adding two new Endoscopy Rooms and a Bronchoscopy Room including a prep/post area, a reception and consultation area. The Oswald team also renovated a pharmacy bringing it up to standards. The team diligently managed the safety for all Clinton Memorial staff, patients, and visitors.
