Envision Cinema & Olio Restaurant

Envision Cinemas Bar & Grille in Kenwood is the second location Oswald has built for Envision, the first location opening in Blue Ash in 2016. The Kenwood facility was originally an LA Fitness, which required Oswald to completely renovate the interior. With high-end finishes and a modern design, the facility boasts a full-service restaurant and bar, multiple theaters, VIP area, and a 2,500 SF mezzanine with a smaller auditorium for hosting private events.  Each of the 11 auditoriums includes a start-of-the-art dine in theater experience, complete with fully reclining motorized chairs and a digital ordering system. The Kenwood Envision posed multiple construction challenges, including creating a theater on the second floor of a retail space. Always problem solving, the Oswald team delivered steel beams through a window in order to reinforce the floor structure to accommodate new loads created by equipment and occupants.
