Forest Hills

The Forest Hills Care Center is a continuation of the partnership between Oswald Company and Premier Health Care Management. For this project, Oswald has been tasked with incorporating an 84,000 SF addition to the existing facility while maintaining a unified design. The new building will house an additional 24 assisted living units and 31 skilled nursing units, as well as a new outpatient physical therapy department. Oswald’s integration of PACE financing into the project has allowed for this to be the third significant solar powered and highly efficient facility completed by the team in two years.
