Kroger Marketplace

Oswald Company has had a long standing relationship with the Kroger Company over the past decade, building six Marketplace stores and 21 standard Kroger stores. Kroger Marketplace stores feature housewares, decor and furniture, as well as expanded food selections. Stores range in size from 100,000 to 130,000 SF. Colorful and inviting retail displays add visual interest, and multiple skylights let in natural light. A second floor administration area overlooks the entire store and exterior windows allow personnel to view the outside as well.
