Mercy Health Deerfield

Oswald, continuing its partnership with Mercy Health, built a new Ambulatory Care Building along Mason Montgomery Road, just north of Interstate 71. The new 26,500 sf facility sits on 6 acres of land allowing for future expansion. Mercy Health’s newest location houses multiple services including Diagnostic Imaging, Women’s Imaging, MRI, Laboratory, Primary Care and Cardiology and Stress. Oswald led all fronts of the construction process including Preconstruction services, Construction Management, and Closeout procedures.
