Pediatricians of Hyde Park

Oswald Company completed construction of a custom designed 8,500 SF state of the art facility for the Pediatricians of Hyde Park, who had outgrown their dated offices. Located in the heart of Hyde Park, the $1,000,000 facility is a true design-build project from inception to completion. Oswald worked in close coordination with the City of Cincinnati to complete the infill site construction, for which they also assisted the owner in receiving a tax abatement. This project was unique in that it involved the renovation of an old railroad site and the demolition of a dilapidated property.
