Pilot Chemical Laboratory

Oswald Company partnered with Pilot Chemical to retrofit and renovate the 35,000 SF Technology Center Office and Laboratory in Sharonville, OH. This multi-phase, fast paced project created functional, efficient work space and met the unique design and building needs of chemical laboratories. The renovation of the Technology Center and Laboratories required the occupied space to remain operational during construction. Oswald’s client-centered approach made it possible to renovate the 15,000 SF of laboratory space while maintaining operations throughout the project.
