Riverside Yard Warehouse

Oswald worked with Neyer Properties on phase one and two of the Riverside Yard development project. The $40 million project includes a 103,500 SF speculative, tilt-up concrete industrial building, large parking lot and additional space for a 600,000 SF industrial building. To prepare the pad, Oswald utilized dynamic compactions, a ground improvement technique that densifies soils and materials. Working in conjunction with Neyer Properties, Oswald revitalized a property that sat vacant for nearly 20 years.
