Riverside Yard Warehouse

Oswald broke ground on the first phase of the over $40M Riverside Yard development with a 103,500 SF speculative, tilt-up concrete industrial building. The 46-acre site can accommodate up to 600,000 SF of modern, Class A industrial space, uniquely located just 3 miles west of downtown Cincinnati. To prepare the pad, Oswald utilized dynamic compaction, a ground improvement technique that densifies soils and fill materials. Working in conjunction with Neyer Properties, Oswald revitalized a property that has sat vacant for the last 20 years and construct valuable industrial buildings for the Cincinnati area.
