The conversion of the historic Rybolt building is Cincinnati’s newest condo development in the Central Business District (CBD). The Eight One Three features 4 floors of 1-2 bedroom luxury units, with a common social area, lower level storage and elevator. The building’s large windows and historic appointments were left intact, as well as the original exposed brick, wood columns and beams. Oswald was involved throughout the due diligence, marketing, financing and construction process, guiding the design and phasing of the project toward the highest value.
