SPCA

The Madeira Health Care campus renovation consisted of four complex phases of additions and renovations, affecting the entire campus and creating 35,500 SF of new skilled and long-term care space. After the construction of the new 44 bed addition, Oswald was tasked with the demolition of the existing building to make way
for parking, reconfiguring the previous entrance into a courtyard and creating a new main entrance on the addition. Working on an active campus, special consideration had to be taken to promote the safety of the residents and minimize any inconvenience to their daily routines.
