Surrey Square Mall

Surrey Square Mall, built in the late 1970s, underwent a major refurbishment occurring in several phases. Oswald Company renovated over 33,000 SF of the mall, including two neighboring strip centers.  Oswald also constructed a 25,000 SF addition to the existing center, upgraded all site utilities, and repaved the entire parking lot.  Multiple tenants were kept in operation throughout all phases of construction. Anchoring the center is a new, 85,000 SF Kroger store, also built by Oswald Company.
